This recall only applies to the Ashford E-Spinner 3 and Ashford E-spinner 3 Super Jumbo. Earlier models are not affected.This recall applies to products supplied before 28th Nov 2019.
Products bought after this date will have the updated plug fitted as standard.If you’re not sure if this applies to you then you can check the plug itself. The problem only affects those with interchangeable parts intended for different countries.

If you purchased an E Spinner please use the form below to register your details and we will send a replacement plug free of charge.We are also trying to contact all those who bought an E-Spinner 3, but obviously this covers quite a large time span and contact/delivery details may have changed.
